Preparing for the CMMC

In order to achieve a specific CMMC level, a company must demonstrate both process institutionalization and the implementation of practices commensurate with your desired level of maturity.  It can take weeks if not months or a year to remediate deficiencies in your cybersecurity program.  The very first step in preparation is figuring out where you are and what you need to do to get where you want to be. CMMC/ NIST 800-171 Gap Analysis

The first step to CMMC preparation is an assessment of where you are currently.  This process is similar in nature to undergoing the actual CMMC assessment, but with much less stress! We will review all of your existing documentation, self-assessments, and conduct additional evidence gathering to assess your current maturity level.

Plan of Action and Milestones

Allowed under DFARS/NIST 800-171, but not for the CMMC, a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) is a roadmap to full compliance.  After a CMMC gap analysis we will develop a POA&M to help guide your compliance efforts for your desired level of CMMC maturity.  Having a POA&M will also help you maintain DFARS compliance if your goal is CMMC Level 3.

Workforce Augmentation

We have a highly qualified team of cybersecurity experts who will sit along side your team during your actual CMMC assessment by a certified C3PAO leading to CMMC certification.

Build a Compliance Program

We will organize all of your documentation and policies and create a comprehensive compliance program to enable compliance management and to facilitate a smooth and successful CMMC assessment.
